Update! It has taken several tries over several years to work it all out, but they have addressed our issues and have sent us a super competent tech team and replaced all faulty equipment. I really appreciate how well the new techs know the systems and worked to find solutions for us.

I moved into a new house which had an existing system with a Security Alarm Corp sticker on it. I called them about turning on the existing system which I was charged around $95 for. I signed the paperwork on one day and had the actual service done a week later. The tech came out and system was turned on but I was unhappy with the service and decided to cancel the next day. I will never use this company again. They lost all my personal information and locked me out of my business during a break in because the agent that signed me up never imputed my information. Now that I am canceling my service they are charging me an extra month because they require a "30 day notice" even at the beginning of the month. Now I am being forced to pay for HORRIBLE service that I am not even receiving as a small business owner. Sounds like corporate highway robbery if I've ever seen it. I have trouble even describing all of the issues we have had with this company. Incompetent techs, simple projects that drag on for months, no way for customers to reliably reach someone, no person paying attention to our issues and ensuring they are complete. No customer service, no return calls, no management of projects, no technical expertise with the system they installed, high rate in turn over in their staff. Do not trust them with your business.
