Jediah has always given me good customer service. Extremely helpful. Would recommend this place to anybody.
I was new to renting a storage unit, but Security 1st and Jediah made it a very easy process for me. I never had any complaints and found it to be super useful to have a space that I can leave my items in and feel safe doing so. Which is hard to do in San Jose. Even when I had trouble with a payment Jediah was able to help me get it resolved. If I ever need to rent another storage unit, this would be my go to spot for sure! 10/10 experience with the whole service and the people involved!

The manager at this location, Jediah, has got to be the best manager yet. I've been using the services at this facility for over a decade and have seen the Pros and Cons of past managers. Any issue that comes up has been handled professionally and quickly by Jediah. My experience using the storage services at Security 1st Self Storage (currently under Storage Pro Management) has proven to be a positive experience on the whole. The cost per month is well worth the price.
