I cannot begin to explain how terrible this company is in every aspect. Every since they took over for Supreme Security it has been a nightmare. My burglar alarm has not been functioning for over 4 months. Getting someone of the phone is impossible and they don't call back. They keep sending different techs who can't fix it. I have had billing issues as well. DO NOT USE SECURITAS!
I don't for securitas security yet but I interacted with them their customer service is really helpful I appreciate that.
