I live in Dell Webb Nexton. We have had several concerns about security. We even had Both Rob our DM and Ken the Regional boss present at our town meeting. They lie they make promises yet they refuse to do any real Access or control to keep our community safe. They let anyone in and don’t bring any technology/ solutions for the residents. We pay them 12000.00 monthly for a traffic cone at the guard house. Poor performing and unprofessional is an understatement. We will replace them once we take over the community.
I love work for securitas, they have been so supportive when I got sick, when my father's health took a turn for the worse & I needed to go back home, Rob allowed me to keep my job & a co-worker covered me til came back. A few weeks later he passed away. Then my eldest son passed away 10½ months later. Though it got bumpy for me & I needed to switch to Mobile security officer Cassandra my supervisor & branch manager took me under her wing. Thank you so much.
Disclaimer: This is my current employer. Since the new district Manager has taken over Securitas has become a much more pleasant place to work.
