Extremely unprofessional, never returns phone calls, cancels service calls last minute, never available. Very poor service, the worst I've ever encountered in 23 years across Canada. I would rate this company as 0 Stars but 1 is the lowest I can choose.
very poor service, very slow to return phone calls and not worth the trouble. This company serviced my alarm system and it was a mistake. I think they are owned by Sasktel, at least that is who I pay. Their monitoring company failed to contact my sister when a false alarm happened. My advise, go elsewhere
