Both managers are very helpful, courteous, humorous and professional. I love that the facility is safe, brightly lit, and doors are easy to roll up inside!
We were greeted by Nicholas the office manager at the time. He was very kind, respectful, helpful and professional. It was a very busy Labor Day but he took his time to help us to have smooth transition for our move.
The rep was were nice when we moved my daughter's items into storage. Three months later the rent increase was 50%! A space smaller then a home closet went from $84 to $130. Our choice is to pay it, or spend the time and money to move her again. I will never do business here again.
Nicholas (and Anthony) were nothing but awesomeness from the time I stepped in the office door until leaving. Offered us cold water bottles too! Facility was nice and clean. A/C is a big plus. Fabulous experience compared to other storage unit businesses. A+++
