The facility and staff are great, but the advertised prices are deceptive and designed to lure you in. Rates jump 30–50% every few months. By the time I left I was paying more than double my original rate. Meanwhile, they advertise identical units for half the price. They know moving all of your stuff is a pain so they squeeze you for every dollar they can. Aweful corporate driven business model.

The staff is very friendly and will bend over backwards for you. For this they get 5 stars. The 3 stars is for the outrages price hikes from corporate (not controlled by onsite staff). It was a price increase of over 34% in less than a year that made my decision to leave. Not a good business model by any means and best of luck.

Who knew renting a storage space would be such a pleasant and uplifting experience! I was very well taken care of upon my arrival by Anthony. He escorted me to my unit, he was attentive to the movers upon their arrival as well. He offered us waters, but more than that, he offered us overall hospitality! Thanks, Anthony! The units are clean and well maintained, climate controlled and affordable. I highly recommend SecureSpace and am glad I went with them!

Nick's customer service truly exceeded my expectations. He went above and beyond and its extremely obvious that he cares about his customers. I would highly recommend SecureSpace to anyone looking for a storage unit near Rancho Peñasquitos.
