I had good experiences with customer service.
At first I thought I was getting a good deal until I realized they give you a one month promotion then the rate goes up within 3 months of renting to double the amount. I wouldn’t recommend this storage unless you don’t mind your rate changing every 3 months. The first month was $75 then went to $130 and now it’s at $180.
