Great experience at this location especially with the help of Mr. Hutson- such a kind gentleman. While it was a bit busy with a few customers, he still provided attentiveness and made the process of renting the unit go quick and smooth. In and out within an hour with our stuff in the unit. These people are running a scam. do not fall for it.. I rented a space from this location in December 2024, by the end of march 2025 they informed me they are raising the rent by more than 50%. They lure you in with a low rate and they do not let you know that they are going to raise this rent in just a couple of months. the only thing you will know as "promotion" is that for the first couple of month you will get 50% off. And I am not talking about that 50% off promotion ending, I am talking about your regular monthly rent ... read more
The facility is nice but they keep raising rent every 5 months. No way around $80+ increase. Not good for long term storage. Hutson and staff behind the desk are ALWAYS helpful and customer service is great. The low rating reflects pricing and rent increase.
