Great space for storage, great service from Mr.Hutson and reasonable prices. Overall great experience!
The facility is nice but they keep raising the price of rent every 5 months — No way around $80+ increase. I’ve been there for about 2 years with over 4 or 5 increases so cannot recommend for long term storage. Elevators are not working 50% of time or movers are taking over and holding elevators so it’s not operational to renters, which management needs to enforce. I have had a storage space here since the month they opened 3 years ago. I even upgraded to a larger unit about a year in. They have great service, are extremely clean and I have never had any issue with the facility. My reason for a 3 star review is the excessive price increases. I was paying $420 less than a year ago, and as of December 1st of this year (one month from now) my unit will cost $696.
