Don't rent from any Secure Space as it's not a franchise and a bad experience at one is likely to be the case for all. Their other locations have fallen into disrepair and they lie about fixing things like access gates. In other locations they lease available parking to pods so that you have nowhere to park. Go to public storage or any other non Secure Space facility
So far the experience has been an inconvenience. I completed the application online and lease agreement to speed up the process and now I have to take off of work to come in and complete the lease agreement again in person I already completed. What’s up the point of offering The online process if it doesn’t work properly
Will was a very nice and helpful representative. Answered all my questions and concerns and was delighted in the end to rent. A pleasant experience.
