I just completed an online reservation and I had some questions and securespace called me right away and Samantha was so helpful and professional and quick on getting my reservation completed. Thank you for being so friendly and helpful Samantha its very hard now a days to find great customer service and your doing an amazing job.
Elizabeth was so helpful today. My friend is an 80 year old artist getting ready to pack and store her remaining life’s work. We needed help conceptualizing storage space. Elizabeth showed us all potential units -and answered all of our questions - one as many as five time - and still hung in with us as we were coming to terms with the various sizes, floors and prices. Huge help! Very much appreciated, very rare high level of service.
