At first this seemed like the perfect storage solution and the best one available. It's clean, secure, and had easy low prices. (I was told by staff while moving in that these prices were locked and would not change, this is what every other storage company does anyway, but still, it is a blatant lie and the increase at 6 months was quite a lot) Now, bathroom only available once in a while and there is no parking for on-level loading because they've filled the entire lot with more storage units. Unacceptable! You all need to get this taken care of and stop fooling people online. The level of homeless, drug use, trash, debris outside of the facility is horrible. I didn’t even get out my car, to receive my refund. I had to call a call service agent to do it.
I want to start off by saying they have great staff from my experience. Staff member Janet is very professional,courteous, and attentive. She's always asking if there's anything she can do to help to make my stay here at secure space better and easier. Also I would like to mention how great the prices are compared to other storage facilities. The people at the desk are good. The place is terrible however. No more box truck parking because they filled the garage parking spaces with more storage lockers and removed parking. Only curb parking now. They increased the 2.5 times original cost in 9 months. (All storage has increased fees but going from $115 to $273 in 9 moths is insane.)
