I got introduced to the place throughout a friend. Storage is clean and has automatic gates. I decided to leave the review tho, because of the manager on sight. Shekima is always helpful, attentive and owns the management role with a good attitude.
Shamika Store Manager at the Downtown L.A. location is awesome. She took care of me and it was a great experience. I watched her juggle multiple clients without anyone feeling like they were being ignored. She's truly a professional.
Sandy did an awesome job if wasn’t for her I probably would have had a panic attack. She was so helpful and made sure that she stayed in contact with me until she resolved my issue. I truly feel like my stuff is completely safe thanks to her.
The best storage Ever Love the customer service When I was about to loss my storage The employee form the office call my boss A head of time to make sure I didn't lose my thing's and was available to pay my late bills. Other storage will notice u once or twice And put ur storage for sale on the website. Thank u so much for the services you guys provided
