Seems everytime I go, Noone is in the office. When I call the number it just rings. Clean place, just noones ever there to rent a cart to use. Recently visited 3/21 and the codes wouldn't work to get into our storage area. Notes state the lobby was closed not the whole damn place.
I rented a unit on line. Paid the move in cost. I loaded my friend's truck up and headed to your storage facility only to find I can't get in until the 23rd. No number on the door just a note saying close through the 23rd. I can't miss work on Monday. I didn't like unloading that truck when I got back to my house. I don't like that I can't get my money back to rent another unit elsewhere so I can move my stuff this weekend like I need to. I don't think I was treated fairly.
