Bait and switched for a $35/m promo rate and $70/m continuing, within 2 months I got an email stating "due to rising costs" it's now $180/m. Hard avoid, been eating that "cost adjustment" for months. The staff are fine, at least, no issues there Update: The staff were kind enough to call me the same day and offer to drop it to $143. Nice, but I see the same unit is still advertised for $66 with a 50% two month discount at $33.

This company advertises for online move in yet when I came to the office to get my lock the inconsiderate unprofessional woman refused to process a move in after 5:30. It says I am able to move in from 9-6 not 9-5:30. Now she’s threatening not to rent to me because I tried to hold her accountable for the information that was sent to me after purchasing the unit. It’s people like this who are so unwilling to help another person that ruin experiences for everyone else. DO NOT RENT HERE!!!!
