Looks like a New facility, still clean, I don't think they have restrooms.yes on water fountain.lots of dead ends , couldn't find Access to the elevator from back entrance.a little hard to Access due to IH35 construction . all in all okay so far.some restaurants HEB right around the area.fire sprinklers,alarms.be careful the front door shut with me inside its clutches had to physically push to open.something wrong with electric eye, I guess.more parking space than u-hall or public storage,at least the one's I have visited. Kim W. went above and beyond to make us feel welcome during our unloading of a U-Haul. She brought us water and offered for us to come into the office/reception area to cool off a bit. We had two toddlers so this was so refreshing. I also witnessed Kim take a bag of ice to a gentleman who had injured his hand while he was loading his furniture. This is what customer service should be and we can’t thank Kim enough for being a rock star in that department!
