Facility and staff are good.
Buyer beware. I have a unit in their climate controlled building on congress. They advertise a secure space, but it has been broken into. There has been water leaks, and the front doors, the main "security' point have not operated correctly in months. I have a relative who has multiple units in the adjacent non-climate controlled property, which has also had issues. I would definitely consider storing your valuables somewhere else.
