I echo many other reviews when I say I've never seen an employee here, I've had access issues, the space is often dirty, and, after a few short months, they raised my rent by nearly 50%. All this while offering the exact same space on line for $48 the first two months and $81 a month after. This is false advertisement and overall quite predatory.
I would like to thank Angela at the south Congress Storage. She went above and beyond to give me the peace of mind that I needed and situated a Billing question for me. She walked the process through to her higher ups to get my account back in order. I am very, very appreciative of her, she’s the best asset for your company. JoAnn F
