Awesome customer service, always willing to work with you. Only thing preventing a 5 star is recently the owner of storage king has forced tenants to pay a 10.00 extra fee for insurance that only covers about 2000.00 per storage unit making the price go from 65.00 monthly to 75.00 monthly. So if you have more than 2000.00 of property to store I would recommend getting your own insurance or find another storage service that offers higher insurance coverage at a better price.

This is a joke had storage and gotvitvout paid the month then 4 days later got itvout and they refused to pro rate because did not give 10 notice so she said but i did tell her in Nov when paid i was going to get it out in Dec . Place is robbery .will never use them again nor refer them to anybody since storage king took over its hars to get in contact with them . Plus sell multiple stuff in office such as decorations doe holiday which has no reason to be in storage facilities.

Stored all of our belongings here while in between houses. No issues, management was friendly and accommodating. Units and property always seemed clean. Never saw shady characters hanging around or anything. Would use again!
