Update 10/24: Installer requested I update this review to reflect his efforts as he is now attempting a resolution. He has made a couple trips out in an attempt to fix the issue. SECOND UPDATE: 8/31/22 WE HAVE NOW HAD AN ACTUAL ADT REP OUT TO ASSESS OUR SYSTEM AND THEY FOUND THAT OUR SYSTEM WAS NEVER GOING TO WORK THE WAY IT WAS INSTALLED. WE PURCHASED UNNECESSARY EQUIPMENT AS WELL. ADT HAD TRIED TO GET CHRIS TO CALL THEM BACK FOR RESOLUTION AND HE WILL NOT SPEAK TO THEM. Excellent service! Chris Bradford was very knowledgeable and made sure that everything was in perfect working condition. He made sure that we were able to handle the system and completely understood how to set everything. Scott did a wonderful job installing the new equipment that we needed. We highly recommend ADT.
