This facility WAS excellent when it was managed by Tammy Brennan. Now, it is AWFUL. Hood River Secure Storage was a great company with a great reputation, but this big city corporation has taken over the property so it can raise prices, lower quality, and employ some very odd and untrustworthy individuals from Portland to attempt to run it. When I found out Tammy was gone, I vacated my unit and moved my possessions to a facility with a unit that is TWICE the size of theirs for the same cost. The front office staff was very helpful in resolving an issue left over from the previous owners. Super nice, helpful and competent in how they treat customers. Recommended as a good + secure storage facility.

US Storage Centers recently took over the Secure Storage facility in Hood River, Oregon. We dealt with the new representative yesterday - her name was Stash. She was fantastic! Very knowledgeable and professional. We will definitely continue our relationship with them.
