RecommendedMeeting Carolyn was my most favorite part of all. She was more than helpful and seemed to understand everything we were going through. The things she did for us wouldn’t have been done by just anybody. And I’ve learned that she hasn’t had the best year either but still manages to crack a joke and put a smile on others faces! If I had to rate her on a scale from 1-10 she would break my scale! She is truly a blessing from God.

Rented storage on Saturday morning. Saturday evening when went to put items in storage the Initial gate code did not work; thus, my belongs had to stay outside exposed to elements on the back of a truck. Called customer service and they could not get on call manager to answer. Received call from someone Monday morning. She said, “I’m sorry. Your gate code works NOW!” I will be using this month I have paid for but will be moving my items elsewhere.
