RecommendedI made a reservation online for a particular sized unit. Something happened and the unit was rented to someone else. I went to facility to find out what happened. Michael offered me a slightly smaller unit for a discounted price. I took it. The very next day he calls me back to inform me someone vacated a unit I wanted in the first place. Of course I wanted it. He switched everything over for me with no hassle. One happy customer. Thank you Michael.
