I came across secure self storage in Norwalk and decided to inquire about a unit. The place is extremely clean and nice, like a new apartment building. I spoke with Angelina and she was really helpful answering all of my questions. She took me on a tour to look at some spaces and I decided this was the right place for me. The process was very quick and I was done in and out within 30 minutes. Thank you Angelina!
Angelina made the entire experience incredibly easy. She went out of her way to help me get a great deal and made sure I was taken care of. Always smiling, genuinely nice, and super helpful. If you’re looking for storage, ask for Angelina - she’ll make sure you’re happy with your decision. Can’t recommend her enough!

Very upsetting!! Team informed me that they would get in contact with the person who purchased my storage unit so I can retrieve my important documents!! I was even willing to buy them back but they completely switched on me. They're terrible.
