They installed solar panels at my house. 5 years later they are not working and it impossible to get them to come out to fix them and other companies won't take orphaned solar projects. I have been calling for four months, someone takes the call and says they'll forward my info, and then ZERO follow up. They are not a mom and pop shop any more, they are under the umbrella of a parent company and you can't get to them direct. I would highly advise going anywhere else.

Secure Roofing has refused to honor my written Warranty, which states: “INCLUDES 20-YEAR WARRANTY FOR LABOR AND MATERIALS”. The title of the Warranty is “Lifetime Installation and Workmanship Warranty”. There are various details and exclusions cited in it which apply to the Lifetime provisions of the Warranty. These guys are great! I can’t recommend them enough! They delivered everything they said they would and more. Their price was very competitive. We had a roof with shingles as well as torch down and solar installed. It took a while to do but it was a very good job. Very professional. They even brought a porta potty for the workers. Great crews and follow through. I highly recommend them.

I could not recommend Secure Roofing and Solar enough. Our roof replacement was not supposed to start for a month later but the rain was destroying my roof so I called them and they had a team over to replace the roof two days later. They went above and beyond and we were extremely grateful for that. Our new roof looks great and Tony the foreman was extremely knowledgeable and helpful through the whole process and even afterwards. One of the most professional and highest quality companies in Poway hands down.
