Have called & used internet to get appointment at East Peoria location & have not received a response back. Was sent a email saying they would call but never did. Have insurance to cover visit & cleanings every 6 months. Still no call. Rate service at a 1
DO!!!! NOT!!!!!! USE THIS LOCATION!!!!! Receptionist, Candy, is refusing to send my 4 year old daughters x-rays to our pediatric dentist office that is 1 hour and 40 minutes away from home, also may I add, I had to seek out my own pediatric dentist because they would not give me any referrals for any so I had to call my insurance and find my own, all they have to do is send the pictures through my pediatric dentists website link and, boom, done. I love my doctor! Dr. Chaing is simply wonderful! His staff on the other hand are rude and unprofessional.
Very clean office and nice staff.
Very pleasant experience from start to finish. The whole staff from the receptionist to the dentist makes you comfortable and enjoyable. Will definitely be back and would highly recommend.
Everything went smoothly, everyone was friendly, and the dentist was great with my son.
