Absolute WORST property manager around! Brent and Stacy bully every tenant they come into contact with. If anything occurs at one of the properties they manage, the response is to blame the tenant and then try to charge them for any repair. We used Secure Asset to manage our property for 2.5 years and in the end all we got was a house in disrepair and tenants who refuse to pay rent. They did not even collect a security deposit from our tenants. Run as fast as you can in the opposite direction, you do not want to leave your investment in the hands of Stacy and Brent Wilkes. I have not had good experiences at all using Secure Asset Management as my property manager. In my opinion, they have proven themselves time and time again to be extremely difficult to work with, inept, and highly unprofessional in communications and demeanor. I've worked with other property managers for listings I have in other states without issue. Secure Asset Management is by far the worst I've ever dealt with.
