Terrible experience at the end of my rental. I moved out of my unit on July 24th and notified them properly, but they kept charging me after move-out. I emailed the property twice to resolve it with no response, and called the property manager multiple times on different days and every call went straight to voicemail with no callback. Initially I never received an access code to enter the property. I went to the office, knocked, no one answered. I called the number on the office door. I selected the option to be connected to the property manager. Pressing the number to select connecting to the property manager did nothing. A person approached the door and greeted me saying they heard me talking. They were in an office that was adjacent to where the door was that I knocked on. I arrived at the facility to collect my winning auction unit. No one was answering the phone, and the storage manager wasn't on-site. I spent an hour and a half on the phone with customer service agents, who repeatedly assured me she would arrive within 15 minutes. However, the manager never showed up. Three hours later, she finally called me back and said I could come by to pay for and collect the unit.
