Upset Public Storage took over this location! I just moved my storage unit from another Public Storage because you can never get a person on the phone from the location! Also they are constantly raising prices!! Currently trying to get back in the app to pay my rent and it doesn’t work! Tried calling and SURPRISE no answer! Just left the facility and of course no one is there!!!!!

Update 7-23-26 Victor, at this location, has no business dealing with the public. On the other hand, I went to my Public storage facility on SW 119th for help from Desiree...she is awesome! Update 7-8-26: moved one unit to Public climate control a mile away and it is awesome. I have been to this unit 4 times in last month and the so-called "climate control" is a joke...absolutely no a/c is running in my building. The door still won't stay up Two units are in my name and have been for 5 years. One is paid directly by my famil... read more

Moved in from another SecurCare. Great company, both locations have great management and they are clean and taken care of properties! Makayla was informative and a very sweet young lady. They even have locks in office which were half off at the time!
