I don't recommend it. I'm a current customer, and there's never any staff in the office. Sometimes the gate doesn't work, so you can't get in—and you can't call for help because no one ever answers. It's even worse if you're already inside the complex and it stops working. Terrible. 🤬🤬🤬
If I could leave 0 stars, I would. I went to help my friend get stuff out of her storage unit and we got LOCKED INSIDE THE GATE for over 2 hours. We called customer service multiple times, couldn't get ahold of a human and when we finally did it took nearly 45 minutes to get out. Do NOT rent from Publuc Storage. P.S. rat infestation
