Friendly staff and very helpful when needed
After meeting the actual staff here, I had a change of mind and wanted to update my review. The lady here is kind and welcoming, and my overall experience has been great. I want to deal with her from now on! Thanks!
I rented a storage unit at the end of March at their Hillsborough St location. The process was incredibly smooth, quick, and easy. It really took alot of stress out of an already stressful situation. The young lady in the office was the most kind, gracious, personable individual. I really needed that at the time. Kudos to whoever hired her and to her genuinely pleasant spirit.
