I rented a storage unit at the end of March at their Hillsborough St location. The process was incredibly smooth, quick, and easy. It really took alot of stress out of an already stressful situation. The young lady in the office was the most kind, gracious, personable individual. I really needed that at the time. Kudos to whoever hired her and to her genuinely pleasant spirit.

My goodness, first day here and I come across slack attitude from a man outside working by the gate. He says he doesn’t work here but I have to go through him to get to the person that does to ask questions. Kind of a bummer for that to be my first experience here 👎.
