The process was pretty easy and Diane the manager is very knowledgeable, helpful, and very nice it was a joy to speak with her and she was able to answer all of my questions or concerns(most the time way to many questions). The one issue that we had is because of the location of the storage in Norman it’s very close to the river and across the street from fields and farm animals so there are a lot of spiders everywhere so I don’t think the company has the buildings sprayed for bugs so the manager there was very helpful with ... read more

Staff is friendly enough, prices are a little high for storages. And could use more security
Excellent storage facility in Norman and staff is just as great. Do not think twice about renting a unit here.
