I rented a storage until from SecurCare yesterday and the customer service was fantastic. I worked with Doug, the manager, and he got me through the process quickly. I purchased their insurance and I loved that he didnt try to up-sell me at all, I made my decision and that was that. He then took me on a tour of where my unit was located and how to get into the premises as it is secured. The place was clean and easy to get to. This will be the place I use for any storage needs I have now and in the future.
We have been renting a 10x20 here for about 2 years now. Understand that we go to our storage 3 times a day, every day for different amounts of time each visit. Within the first couple of months things were ok, unless the amount of time during that visit exceeded 15 minutes (which it does when it is cold or we have to search for something inside the storage) at which point the manager on duty drives over to check on us.
