I decided to order a new system from Securakey since I had past experience with their products. I don’t know what happened between then and now but they are an absolute joke. I’ve been waiting for 3 months and all I get is excuse after excuse. I just canceled the order because I can’t spend my money with a company that absolutely does not care about anything at all. They are the definition of incompetent. Total waste of time!
As a customer of Secura Key for decades....very disappointed with their current state of customer service and output. Countless orders waiting on backorder with no real response from Customer service. Lead times are never met and order fulfillment is unreliable. Unfortunately, will be looking into alternate sourcing in the near future if nothing changes.
Did they go out of business. We have been trying to get in contact with them for weeks about 3 of our orders. Left 5 voicemails in the span of 2 weeks and have receive nothing in return...not call no email NOTHING....are they still in business????
