First We had to put up 6 months worth of premiums just for them to take us on. And we have perfect driving records. No moving violations OR accidents in over 20 years. We had our son on our policy also but he has a good record also. When he bought his own vehicle he had to get his own insurance. So we wanted him removed from our policy. I'm impressed. My wife had a run in with a snowbank that left her car inoperable. Within an hour, the car was towed and we had a rental car. Their customer service was outstanding, and all this happened in the midst of our state lock down due to COVID 19. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them for auto insurance to anybody. Thanks for all your help in a stressful situation!
I have towing and rental car insurance when my car is disabled. I was told when I was on vacation by 3 agents when my car was being towed that just send the bill for the rental car. Now they are fighting it and adding so many lies even saying that they looked back on who I talked to and no one said that. I have paid for this extra "Mile-Stone Gold" Coverage for 5 years.
