Small selection of fruits, specialty meats & fish and locally sourced items and baked goods. The set up/concept is reminiscent of Fermentation Farm on the West side of CM. Some of the food/items didn't have prices noted, so I asked one of the females employees on a couple pf occasions. She didn't know pricing either and refered me to the butchers. Fantastic selection of high quality grass-fed and finished meats. Great sandwiches - adult grilled cheese and french dip are the best.
This has become my favorite place to shop for meat. Everything is of super great quality. The pork chops are the very best I have ever tasted, and I am super picky. I am so grateful to have an excellent neighborhood butcher.
Got Ribeye steak for 1.85 lbs. for about $80. Came with 2 pieces. They both have darker color and very smelly. We grilled it anyway because we saw lots of good reviews about it. Unfortunately, the steaks turned out rough and not flavorful at all. Not sure if it is very old or what but Choice Top Sirloin from Pavilion is a lot better than this. Not sure if I would go back there for other selection.
