UPDATE: Went in this evening to get my Mani corrected and was greeted warmly by Tommy, he did my soak off and Nina finished me up. Very satisfied with Nina's swift actions to meet customer needs. Thank you both! Upset, went in for a gel Mani today and the guy rushed. He didn't wait full time between layers to dry, so my nails are lumpy and streaky. I have been coming to Secret Nails for many years. The customers are treated like family. The shop is spotless, and the technicians are all extremely knowledgeable about their respective crafts. I get so comfortable when I have a mani/pedi that I start to fall asleep! You should come to Secret Nails, where you’ll be treated royally.
