Ken at Secret Nail and Luxury Spa did a fantastic job! I showed him an idea, and he added a creative twist that turned it into a truly one-of-a-kind nail set. Ken is mazing he does he's job sooo well.
I’ve been getting my nails done for years and never has biogel just peel off two weeks later like this. Ken was fantastic when I went to him, but someone else did my nails this time and it was a disaster. 0/10 This place is a joke. I just peeled off my whole set without acetone or damaging my nails because they were all falling off anyway. If they’re gonna fall off like some cheap press ons then I’m just gonna buy cheap press ons. Save your money.
I must say "Best place hands down!" (No pun intended) My son and I go for pedicures often. (He plays soccer and football / foot health is important). Today I broughty Mom. She loves the salon and the work that was done. We are VERY happy. Thank you
customer service is top tier but on the other hand… acrylic job terrible. they gave me what i wanted but within 4 days , i lost 6 nails. doing basic things like zipping up my purse, pulling up my pants, etc. i then went back and they redid them for free. i now again only have 5/10 nails and thats only because i used my own nail glue to glue them back on. this was my first nail experience in over 2 years. beyond disappointed.
