customer service is top tier but on the other hand… acrylic job terrible. they gave me what i wanted but within 4 days , i lost 6 nails. doing basic things like zipping up my purse, pulling up my pants, etc. i then went back and they redid them for free. i now again only have 5/10 nails and thats only because i used my own nail glue to glue them back on. this was my first nail experience in over 2 years. beyond disappointed.

Ken at Secret Nail and Luxury Spa did a fantastic job! I showed him an idea, and he added a creative twist that turned it into a truly one-of-a-kind nail set. His skill, attention to detail, and artistic vision are unmatched. On top of that, he has such a great attitude and genuinely makes sure all his clients are comfortable and happy throughout the appointment. I completely trusted his expertise, and he exceeded all my expectations. I wouldn’t go anywhere else, this is the place for perfect nails!

Ken is amazing! He did such great work on my nails, not too thin and not comically thick. He even went the extra mile to ask what kind of work I do so that he knew what thickness to make my nails to aesthetically pleasing but also not break while work. The atmosphere in the spa is great, very chill but there were a lot of laughs too! It was a great time. The price I paid for the set I got with them was more reasonably priced (and nicer, in my opinion) than the set I had prior. Especially since I like to keep my nails usually... read more

The worst nail saloon i ever been i waited for 30 minutes no one did my nails they were talking doing there stuff nobody cared . Seriously I won’t recommend at all.
