It was my daughter's first tattoo and he did a excellent job explaining to get how it was going to feel and ask her several time if she was doing ok. Highly recommend him. I'm taking my other daughter when she turns 18 back to him also.

Not only is Rich easy on the eyes.... he does an awesome job!! I loved it that he helped me decide... gave me ideas... and actually gave his opinion rather than just told me what I wanted to hear... I can't wait to get my other 2 tattoos done and my son is even coming with me next time. I would sooooo recommend him to anyone... I think he's the best, did I mention he's a good distraction to look at while he's working on your tattoo? lol... thanks again Rich.

Walked in to make an appointment and was very happy that I got one but the customer service was terrible. Very passive aggressive to me and my grandmother. I also didn't think it was very sterile that the guy came out with his gloves still on and a napkin with ink on it to help me. Ended up canceling and he also didn't give us back our $40 deposit.
