Great customer service and very helpful
I was looking for a Chicago florist to deliver a birthday bouquet to my daughter. Leo's had great reviews on line. I ordered the flowers on their website and asked if they could send me a photo of the bouquet. This morning Leo's sent me a short video of the bouquet showing me all sides. It was beautiful and the flowers made my daughter's day! Thank you to everyone at Leo's ! I am glad I found you and plan to use you again!

Amazing store. The shop was closed when I ordered the flowers, and I didn’t know that. I reached out to the employee/owner through WhatsApp, and they still delivered them the same day even though the store was closed.
