Great spinning classes! Low cost $5 a class no gym membership, the instructors are fantastic and it’s basically a close workout family! 👍👍👍 several times daily classes offered!

This place literally changed my life. By far the best spinning studio I've been to. I started my journey with Secret about 6 yrs ago loved it so much I became an instructor. Thanks Bob for creating this sanctuary for us.
10 years later I came back to this place that I love, and I couldn’t be happier to have done it, and meet such kind people full of good vibes. They’ve made me feel at home. It’s worth getting up at 4:30 in the morning to come to this amazing place. Thank you Bob for keeping this “secret” going for such a long time, it’s a great honor to be part of this amazing experience.

I loved this place
I will try to express in words how happy and greatful I am do to this place. I was dealing with depression and obesity for a while and wanted to make a change in my life, this place made it happen for me. I felt healthier, happier almost immediately. The staff and people are there to welcome you, motivate you and change your mind and body for a healthier attitude and outlook on life. This is my new family and I'm blessed to have found them. THANK YOU Secret!
