Peaceful, good management, but not soundproof Pros: New management took over a couple of years ago and they have been diligently improving the property value by making upgrades, mostly outside but some inside as well. Rent - While we saw an increase in rent from $379 to $425 per month (1 bdrm apt.), it is still fairly affordable. If you enjoy your privacy I have lived here 3 years and enjoy the fact that I can enjoy my solidarity. The rent is affordable. Maintanence is performed fairly quickly and water is included in rent.
