This place doesn’t care that people pound and run and do whatever they want at all hours and management does nothing about it. Even when you send them multiple videos or the noise you have to endure

It’s actually appalling that management is willing to treat people the way that they do. I only lived here for a year and had nothing but problems from the time that I moved in to the time that I moved out. The first month that I moved in the sewage system backed up causing raw sewage to back up out of the bathtub drain so much that it flooded the entire bathroom. I know its not relevant but historically I lived in two different units for over five years ending in 2006. I thought it was well built and hopefully management will take the problems seriously now to preserve good safe complex.
