I moved in the weekend of July 4 and since I’ve been here it’s been bad non stop , first night in the apartment, I had to wash up in the sink because they had the bath tub knob screwed on to tight , the painters washed they’re brushes in my kitchen sink so it was clogged everytime I go to use the dish washer it’ll just fill up , my ceiling tiles are stained and they were leaking water , now I come home and my house is infested with 50 flies ( maybe more ) because they came to fix my patio and left it cracked enough for the f... read more

This place is ridiculous!! On Monday 5/5/ 25 we have a flood happen due to strong rain we had contacted emergency maintenance to suck up the water they did just that and had contacted the office due to a plug in one of the drains. We had another storm come around and once again we flooded did the same thing. We had been in contact with the office and they had told us they would be putting hard wood flooring in my second bedroom and a type of baseboard to stop the water from coming in. I've lived here for 6 months and don't have a bad word to say, maintenance is great and they are nice to my cat. :)
