Really Great. We had a motherboard blown out from a powersurge on our desktop computer. Robert gave me the entire rundown, and we came up with a custom package tailored to my needs. Will did all of the work perfectly and did complete data transfer on a serious load of data. He also helped immediately with our one question from home. They waved the diagnostic fee, I got a sale price that was going, and I used the money I saved to buy Skull Candy headphones from their store for my kids (which they are using happily!). I highly recommend you all to this business, they sold me a tv used and when I got it home it all worked so I thought and then one day I tried the menu button on the tv and it didn't work then on the HDMI I would have something running the day or night before and them the next day/morning occasionally I'd get sound and no picture or neither and they are so awesome they said bring it in and you are still under warranty and they fixed it.
