Avoid at all costs. This place has broken AC units across the entire building and will let you sign a lease knowing they’re broken. Management plays games and will end up putting everything on your plate. Elevator is sketchy and frequently breaks and you can get stuck in it. Do not live here.
We recently moved into the Lofts. Patrick is the caretaker of the building. He was and is very attentive to our needs and great at explaining what you need to get set up for your new home. Maintenance has been very responsive in fixing any issues we have come across. We love living in the neighborhood. The building itself is pretty quiet and the people we have met are very nice and welcoming.
Fantastic industrial, loft-style apartments, the community is friendly and the building is clean. The premises feel secure, and management is responsive. My partner and I looked at quite a few apartments in the area, we love the high ceilings and big windows here, and the location couldn't be better.
Having a property manager who is as responsive as Patrick really helps to make everything else run smooth. Any question we've had, or small issue to resolve...he's been there to help! The loft we rent is so spacious and welcoming to come home to, with a great floor plan, we fell in love with it the moment we walked into it. I enjoyed living here! It’s a super cool historic factory with lots of character. Some new units on the lower floors as well as older lofted units. Definitely comes with some quirks since it’s older. Management is consistently working on adding amenities and making improvements. Patrick in the leasing office is fantastic, always responsive, and really engaged with the residents. Pet friendly & the location is perfect :)
