Since the new ownership took over, I'm not convinced anyone actually manages this building. Incredibly disappointing treatment of long-term residents. Follow up— I moved out, and after admitting to me that they mis-billed me for hundreds of dollars in gas charges, they're ghosting me. New ownership is an absolute scam, don't move here.
I lived in this building for 3.5 years and the first 3 were amazing! But after new management took over it became a nightmare. They will not respond to any emails or help you with anything. My lease ended and I tried getting in touch with them to resign and they never sent a new lease so I was just paying month to month. Things got so bad that I wanted to move out and they told me I had to give “2 months notice” even though I technically didn’t even have a lease. DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!! The property just got sold to new management and despite me following up on emails multiple times, no response. they’ll charge you crazy amounts for water/sewer and won’t even give you the time of day to explain anything. will also charge you an extra $40 per month of “renters insurance” when i purchased their renters insurance that THEY had recommended to avoid that $40 monthly fee. i’ve been trying to get ahold of someone for the past month now and no dice. it’s really unfortunate because i really did... read more
This place was really great up until it was sold to Calibrate Management in October 2024. The location is wonderful and the units are incredible, though the common areas leave room for want. However, after the management transition everything good about the place is completely negated. The maintenance guy Scott is a 10/10. Truly he's the only redeeming quality about the place. The worst management of an apartment building I’ve ever seen. They never respond to you, even if it’s an emergency. And will charge you a high parking rent but then somehow justify you moving your car out of the garage for extended amounts of time without offering to pay for additional parking fees. Also, they will not connect my phone number to the call box so I have no way to let friends and family into the building. Overall, horrible horrible vibes. Do not move here if you can help it.
