Fantastic industrial, loft-style apartments, the community is friendly and the building is clean. The premises feel secure, and management is responsive. My partner and I looked at quite a few apartments in the area, we love the high ceilings and big windows here, and the location couldn't be better.
Having a property manager who is as responsive as Patrick really helps to make everything else run smooth. Any question we've had, or small issue to resolve...he's been there to help! The loft we rent is so spacious and welcoming to come home to, with a great floor plan, we fell in love with it the moment we walked into it. I enjoyed living here! It’s a super cool historic factory with lots of character. Some new units on the lower floors as well as older lofted units. Definitely comes with some quirks since it’s older. Management is consistently working on adding amenities and making improvements. Patrick in the leasing office is fantastic, always responsive, and really engaged with the residents. Pet friendly & the location is perfect :)
Just moved into 2nd street and I’m absolutely IN LOVE WITH MY APARTMENT! Thank you for having positive energy Patrick and being so responsive thus far✨
Patrick and the maintenance team are great and the units are an absolute dream I've definitely had a great experience living here so far
