Solid microbrewery that has a neighborhood crowd and about 8 regionally distinctive taps. Things lean to the simple and unpretentious here. The Farmer's Plate is lamb sausage and sheep's milk cheeses from animals fed on the brewery's spent grain. Perfect circles.
I truly miss the Second Street Brewery, s I live at the Lake of the Ozarks in Missouri. At the age of sixty-five, I've sampled a lifetime of beers, but I drank three different beers at 2nd Street that I count as the best I've ever had the pleasure of consuming. A friendly staff and excellent food make 2nd Street a must visit in Santa Fe. Don't shortchange yourself if anywhere near Santa Fe. Reward yourself, kick back and be amazed.
Caught in the rain biking along the bike trail is how I discovered this place. I have taken my wife there several times now and we love it.
Best service ever , I don't know his name but he's worked there a long time, we go out to eat often, he's the best!
Love the beer. Love the pretzels. Love the steak salad. And, its next to the bike trail.
