Friendly staff. Quoted the repair cost and expected repair completion date immediately. They had the laptop back to me in less than a week. Big box retailer could not provide a solid repair quote and estimated 2-4 weeks before the repair could be made. Glad I Googled "Newark, DE computer repairs" for options and tried Second Source.

Service is always exemplary and prices are more than reasonable. Larger in-store selection of products and always others available- if temporarily unavailable. Service is delivered on-time and with great care. I like the easy, reasonable responses for my questions-- using "common terms". I always feel comfortable and never forced to buy something, and recycling items that I don't use is really helpful.
My son took his super gaming computer in critical condition. Doctor Nate fixed him up much better, faster than new!
Second source computers is #1! Very nice people. Nate is very knowledgable and was able to quickly diagnose and provide a solution for my MacBook Pro's hard drive (which was about to completely shut down). Please consider them for your computer problems. They are the best.
If you have a computer that needs work or are going to buy a computer you NEED to stop here before you go to the national chain stores. 5 Stars!
