Was unable to diagnose my truck, still charged me $500 despite that, and then brought it to a company he claimed would be able to give me a definitive diagnosis and they were not able to. They also charged me around $500 and still could not help me. Despite all this second shift refused to make it up to me in any way when I offered options as to how they could.
