I brought my boys (age 9 and 13) to Second Line Family Dentistry and they had their teeth cleaned by Brigette. A trip to the dentist can be scary but she was so gentle and calming. Dr. Mayda was just as pleasant and very thorough. She answered every question I had. My younger son was able to wear sunglasses to make him feel more comfortable. There was even a blanket in the room if they got cold. I will definitely be returning to Dr. Mayda and Brigette.
I have been receiving services at this office for about two years. My experience has always been amazing at all levels. Dr. Fergusson is probably the best dentist that I have seen since my dentist of 30 years retired. She is kind, knowledgeable and truly a " pain free" dentist I am blessed to have found her and my referrals to her continue to add up. I recommend this doctor and her staff without reservation
My experience with Second line has been as good as a visit to the dentist could be. The entire staff is friendly and help helpful. Dr Ferguson takes all of the time necessary explain the procedures I need, and is very personable. Also their insurance specialist referred me to a great policy.
The staff was very courteous, professional and knowledgeable.

I am deathly afraid of dentist from my childhood experiences so for me to go was a really big deal. Dr. Ferguson and her staff are amazing. I was greeted by Melissa who was so understanding and reassuring. I can’t say enough about Dr. Ferguson. She is so kind and compassionate. She explains everything in detail and most importantly she understood my anxiety and took great care of me. Dr. Ferguson and her staff are extraordinary. They provide excellent service. Dr. Ferguson is empathetic and caring; she explains procedures carefully and clearly. Ms. Amadee is a superb hygenist. I have been very pleased with the care I have received at Second Line Dentistry.
It was quick and efficient. They were too busy so, I lucked out and was in and outby my appointment time.
