I cannot recommend this business more highly. I was leery at first for several different reasons, but as time went by I was just pleasantly surprised over & over again by how honest, forthright, helpful, knowledgeable, and personable Anthony Garrant has been. We contacted Anthony Ross Garrant at Second Generation Real Estate and set up a meeting. From that first time he came over, we both felt safe and assured that everything would be just fine. We had a house with serious foundation problems and Anthony made us a realistic offer that probably netted us about the same amount that we would have received if we had done the repairs and sold through a traditional realtor. Others made offers but were far less realistic. We closed quickly and Anthony was always available to answer questions. It's refreshing to work with a true professional like him.
