Second Cup used to be my regular go-to spot, but something has definitely changed recently whether it’s new staff, new management, or ownership. Unfortunately, the personal touch and warm customer experience that made this location special seem to be gone. Service feels less friendly and less attentive, and the overall atmosphere just isn’t what it used to be. One thing that’s especially frustrating is the tip option at the drive-thru. This is the perfect place if you want to stand in front of the register without anyone around you and watch two employees do absolutely nothing. These people looked at me multiple times and went on washing cups and talking while I stood waiting. I left, you don’t get my money anymore. Great job losing customers.
