My sister and I enjoyed our casual chats on a lazy Sunday morning here, credits to the friendly staff, freshly brewed coffee, toasted bagel, and delicious buttery muffin.
I’ve been going to Second Cup for nearly 10 years, and I’m really disappointed with the decline under the new management. The staff used to be friendly, energetic, and efficient. Now they seem disengaged, service is slow, and there are frequent issues. On one visit, the barista didn’t even recognize the app for collecting points. I’ve also noticed a drop in quality.
