I ordered the Matcha Pumpkin special drink, and it was absolutely disgusting. The milk was warm, and it tasted mostly like plain milk. When I went back to return it, they refused to give me a refund or remake it, saying, “This is how we make it.” I drink matcha often, and this was honestly the worst matcha I’ve ever had. This is truly a wonderful place to enjoy a great cup of coffee, grab a snack, and feel genuinely welcomed. The customer service is outstanding. The owner/operator and his entire team are friendly, professional, helpful, and always willing to go the extra mile for their customers.
