A caramel coretto has been my go-to "treat" coffee for over 20 years and this location does it best, plus the staff are all so friendly.
Truly the best Second Cup café, hands down. The staff here are so friendly. They make their customers feel welcome and remembered, and they make an excellent drink every time.
Absolutely lovely location! Who ever was working yesterday around 130 or so needs some type of recognition! All 3 of them were so wonderful! The second I came in with an issue from another location they were so quick to know the problem and correct it! My drink was delicious! I will be back! 🩵🩵
Made an online order. Staff were insulting what I had ordered. Waited 25 min before having to go ask for it. Also listened to staff mocking other customers. Garbages were overflowing with only 3 people in the store. Staff are more interested in chatting with each other then helping customers. Overall bad experience. The staff were also commenting on people's weight before I had left the location as well, infront of customers.
