Great mocca made by the gentleman working and he had great customer service. The women unfortunately took my order with AirPods in, was writing on an iPad in the middle of taking my order and was making drinks with her hair down... All which should be unacceptable during a customer service interaction and food industry.
The lady wearing a black hoddie with bangs was super rude and unprofessional, swearing at her coworkers while taking our order, had AirPods in and was on her phone before and after taking the order. We felt super ignored and unappreciated. She treated us like a major inconvenience which was confusing to me as she only had to put one treat into a bag.
Very unwelcoming attitude from the cashier with bangs. It seemed like we were inconveniencing her by placing our order. She was really nice to some people but the rest of us were treated very rudely. Her vibe really ruined my day and I will not be returning to this location again.
Not only just the customer service but I did gave second chance to a different drink on the same day, it was really bad and shitty. You can even check the camera second time I left the drink at the garbage like it was soooooo bad. I would not recommend this coffee place at all. Such a waste of money. Wish I could give less than 1 star
